To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. 

Note: Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day). Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)

Melenking is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Melenking will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return policy.

Dues and taxes

Except for the United States, some countries/regions have already charged 10% tax at checkout, and the courier company will no longer charge customers.
