4. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections before completing a purchase.

Melenking products are manufactured and shipped from China through our production and fulfillment partners.

8. Cancellations and Changes

For personalized products, customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided production has not begun.

Cancellation requests should be sent to support@melenking.com.

Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

9. Returns and Refunds

Personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons when produced correctly according to customer instructions.
